Zum 01.08.2027 bieten wir an unserem Standort Achim bei Bremen ein duales Studium im Bereich Maschinebau Schwerpunkt Energietechnik (m/w/d).

DARAUF HAST DU LUST

  • Du verbindest eine Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker mit einem Hochschulstudium im Bereich Mechanical and Production Engineering mit Schwerpunkt Energietechnik und sammelst dabei wertvolle Theorie- und Praxiserfahrung
  • Du wechselst zwischen Theoriephasen an der Hochschule Bremen, Ausbildungsabschnitten bei DB Training Bremen und Praxiseinsätzen in unserem Unternehmen. Dabei erhältst Du Einblicke in die Bereiche Technik und Projektmanagement und wirkst aktiv an technischen Prozessen und Projekten mit
  • Du lernst, Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmen und wirst frühzeitig in die betrieblichen Abläufe eingebunden
  • Du arbeitest auf zwei anerkannte Abschlüsse hin: Mechatroniker (m/w/d) und Bachelor of Engineering
  • Das duale Studium dauert 4 Jahre. Bei guten Leistungen hast Du beste Chancen auf eine Übernahme in ein langfristiges Arbeitsverhältnis

DARAUF KANNST DU DICH FREUEN

  • Attraktive Ausbildungsvergütung: Im ersten Jahr bekommst du bei uns 1.383 Euro brutto im Monat. Im zweiten Jahr sind es 1.419 Euro und im dritten Ausbildungsjahr 1.457 Euro. Zusätzlich wirst du schon während des dualen Studiums am Unternehmenserfolg beteiligt und erhältst eine jährliche Sonderzahlung.
  • Arbeitsausstattung und Ausbildungsbetreuung: Von Anfang an wirst du von uns mit einem eigenen Laptop ausgestattet. Regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche mit deinen Ausbildern sowie individuelle Lernunterstützungsangebote bereiten dich optimal auf deinen Studien- und Ausbildungsabschluss vor.
