Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir an unserem Standort Erlangen einen Kundenberater Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d).

DARAUF HAST DU LUST

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner am Telefon: Du bist die erste Stimme unseres Unternehmens und berätst Kunden telefonisch zu unserem Produkt- und Leistungsspektrum im Bereich Baustellen- und Eventequipment.
  • Kundenbindung & Rückgewinnung: Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, stellst ihre Zufriedenheit sicher und baust langfristige Partnerschaften auf. Zusätzlich kontaktierst Du ehemalige Kunden aktiv, um sie zurückzugewinnen.
  • Beratung & Vertrieb: Du erkennst den individuellen Bedarf Deiner Kunden am Telefon und überzeugst sie mit proaktiven, kundenorientierten und wirtschaftlichen Mietlösungen. Dazu gehört auch die telefonische Akquise von Neukunden.
  • Auftragsabwicklung: Von der Vereinbarung der Mietkonditionen bis zur Rechnungsstellung – Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung aller administrativen Prozesse.
  • Disposition: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte termingerecht ausgeliefert werden, und überwachst die Rückgabe sowie den Zustand der Geräte.
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen und Dienstleistern: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Forderungsmanagement, der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie unseren Spediteuren und Reparaturdienstleistern zusammen.

DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung in Vermietung, Verkauf oder proaktiver Kundenberatung ist von Vorteil.
  • Leidenschaft & Kommunikationsstärke: Du liebst den telefonischen Kundenkontakt, brennst für den Vertrieb und hast Spaß daran, Menschen am Telefon zu begeistern.
  • Lösungsorientierung: Du bist erst zufrieden, wenn Deine Kunden es auch sind.
  • Umsetzungsstärke: Zielstrebig, erfolgsorientiert und eigenständig setzt Du Deine Aufgaben um.
  • Teamspirit: Du bist zuverlässig, arbeitest gerne im Team und unterstützt auch Deine Kollegen im Außendienst.
  • Flexibilität & Einsatzbereitschaft: Du bringst die nötige Motivation und örtliche Flexibilität mit, um gemeinsam mit uns weiter zu wachsen.
