1、全面梳理研发项目全流程收益分析体系(立项测算、预算编制、执行跟踪、结项复盘),识别痛点与风险,制定优化路线图及分阶段目标； 2、建立并完善项目全生命周期收益管控机制,动态跟踪项目投入、产出、边际贡献及投资回报,输出多维度收益分析报告,支撑项目决策与经营复盘； 3、负责研发项目相关合同付款审核,核对合同条款、里程碑、验收与付款条件,确保付款依据充分、合规可控,防范超付、提前付等风险。 4、协同采购、法务、研发及项目管理等部门,完善合同付款审批流程与标准,推动付款节点、资料清单与责任边界标准化、线上化。 5、负责项目工时拆分流程的梳理、制度建设与日常管控,明确工时归集规则、拆分口径与复核机制,保障研发费用归集准确、可追溯； 6、对接财务核算与研发管理系统,推动工时、费用、项目台账的数据贯通,提升项目成本归集质量与分析效率,支撑费用资本化/费用化判断及审计配合； 7、参与研发项目预算编制、滚动预测与差异分析,监控预算执行进度与异常波动,提出纠偏建议并跟踪闭环； 8、作为研发侧财务BP,提供项目经营分析、场景测算与决策支持,协助新项目/联合开发/外部合作等业务的财务规则与管控体系搭建。

1、本科及以上学历,财务、会计、金融等相关专业优先； 2、3年左右相关工作经验;有主机厂、新能源商用车/重卡、汽车零部件或研发密集型制造企业项目财务、成本财务、研发费用管理经验者优先； 3、熟悉项目全流程财务管控、合同付款审核及工时/费用归集;有金蝶、SAP等财务系统使用经验,熟练运用Office(尤其Excel)进行数据分析； 4、具备较强的业务理解力与结构化思维,能够将财务逻辑落地到研发项目管理场景,逻辑分析与表达能力强。 5、沟通协调能力强,做事专业严谨,执行力高,抗压能力强,具备主动推动跨部门协作落地的意识。
