核心职责： 1. 域控软件架构规划：设计 SoC/MCU/ 传感器 / 通信 / 诊断 / OTA / 日志模块边界，制定平台化软件架构。 2. 平台集成与联调：推动 Camera/LiDAR/Radar 接入 Orin/Thor，完成驱动、GMSL、CAN FD、以太网、PTP 时间同步。 3. 中间件与数据流：基于 ROS2+DDS 优化 QoS、零拷贝，降低多传感器数据流延迟与丢帧。 4. 团队与交付管理：牵头团队任务拆分、代码质量与梯队建设，管理供应商交付与量产闭环。

任职要求： 1. 计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 8 年以上嵌入式 / 汽车电子开发经验，3 年以上域控软件负责人经验，有 Orin/Thor 量产经验优先。 3. 精通 C/C++，熟悉嵌入式 Linux 启动、设备树、驱动框架与调试工具。 4. 有团队管理经验，具备技术路线制定与多供应商协同能力。
