The posting

核心职责： 1. E/E 架构与硬件集成：传感器、域控、网关、OBU、PDU 的拓扑规划、接口定义、供电接地与冗余设计。 2. 传感器与域控电气集成：完成供电、通信、连接器、引脚分配与线束分段设计。 3. 线束系统开发：输出原理图、拓扑图、3D 布线、2D 图纸、BOM 与装配说明。 4. 电源配电与通信：上下电逻辑、休眠唤醒、保险继电器与冗余供电，落地 CAN FD / 以太网 / SerDes 接口。 5. 团队与量产闭环：牵头 E/E 团队评审把关，推动 EMC 整改、DV/PV 验证与样车问题闭环至量产。

任职要求： 1. 车辆工程、电子电气、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 5 年以上汽车 / 商用车 E/E、线束或电气集成经验，有 L4 重卡 / 矿卡 / 港口车经验优先。 3. 熟练 CATIA 线束模块，熟悉 EPLAN、CHS、Capital 等 E/E 设计工具。 4. 熟悉整车 E/E 架构、域控 / 网关集成、线束开发流程与连接器选型。 5. 有团队管理经验，了解 EMC、DV/PV、ISO 26262 及前装量产导入流程。
