The posting

核心职责： 1. 需求分解与方案设计：将振动等级、IP 防护、布置等指标转为结构方案，输出 SOR、评审文档及 DFM/DFA 清单。 2. 3D/2D 工程开发：用 CATIA 完成支架等结构件建模、整车装配与 2D 出图，统筹视野、线束、散热。 3. 仿真驱动优化：开展模态、随机振动与疲劳仿真，识别共振、开裂、松动风险并迭代设计。 4. 测试验证与失效闭环：制定强度、散热、防水、抗震测试方案，主导结构失效分析与整改。 5. 团队与技术管理：牵头结构团队任务分解、评审把关与梯队带教，协同白车身完成局部加强设计。

任职要求： 1. 机械、车辆、力学等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 5 年以上汽车结构开发经验，至少 1 个量产上车全流程项目，有 L4 重卡 / 商用车经验优先。 3. 熟练 CATIA/SolidWorks，完成钣金、机加、压铸、注塑件建模与 2D 出图。 4. 具备模态、振动、疲劳仿真能力，熟悉散热设计、轻量化材料与防松设计。 5. 有团队管理或带教经验，具备白车身协同、跨部门协作与流程标准化建设能力。
