1. 负责重卡白车身方案策划、设计及重卡白车身前瞻性技术研究；制定重卡白车身中长期技术规划； 2. 负责重卡白车身方案进度、推进，按时完成方案冻结； 3. 负责重卡白车身性能（法规、成本、重量、可靠性等）分解及达成； 4. 负责重卡白车身结构法规分析及校核；重卡白车身造型可行性分析及造型工程化工作；重卡白车身DMU检查及问题整改；重卡白车身2D/3D图纸发布； 5. 制定重卡白车身各项技术规范编制及完善； 6. 针对开发过程问题提出解决方案、推进相关技术方案与相关责任部门对接、达成。

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械制造、等相关专业； 2. 具备5年以上重卡白车身相关工作经验； 3. 熟悉重卡开发流程，熟悉产品开发流程，有项目管理经验，能够协调各系统高效解决各类问题； 4. 熟练使用办公软件，必须具有独立完成一款中重卡白车身开发工作经验（包含设计、性能匹配、试验市场问题改善）； 5. 熟悉重卡驾驶室相关标准法规要求； 6. 具备优秀沟通协调能力。
