1、集成 Camera/LiDAR/定位模块等到 Orin/Thor 域控平台，完成软硬件联调与驱动兼容性验证。 2、推动供应商补全 GMSL2/3 解串、CAN FD 映射、PTP/gPTP 时间同步（≤1ms 对齐）等关键外设支持。 3、主导从 Socket CAN 向 MCU+RTOS 硬实时架构迁移，下沉转向、制动等关键信号。 4、验证 Aurix/S32G 等 MCU 上 FreeRTOS/AUTOSAR OS 应用，确保通信抖动 <1ms、满足 ASIL-B 要求。 5、设计 SoC（Linux）与 MCU 间核间通信（SPI/UDP/共享内存），保障跨核数据可靠同步。 6、基于 ROS2+DDS 配置 QoS、Topic 和 Buffer，优化多传感器数据流端到端性能。 7、定位延迟、丢帧、同步问题，精准区分驱动、中间件、MCU 或上层逻辑根因并闭环。 8、优化冷/热启动时间（<30s），对接 UDS/Diagnostic over IP，定义 OTA、日志回传、远程调试需求。 9、参与 ASIL 分解，明确 MCU 承载的 ASIL-B/D 功能边界。 10、作为技术接口对接供应商，传递需求、验收交付、推动修复。

1、本科及以上，计算机/电子/车辆相关专业，3年+嵌入式经验，1年+ L2+/L4 实车项目； 2、精通 C/C++，熟悉 Python/Shell，熟练使用 dmesg、journalctl、ros2、candump、Wireshark、示波器等工具； 3、嵌入式 Linux：熟悉启动流程、设备树、内核模块；了解 GMSL/CAN FD/车载以太网；有 DRIVE OS 经验优先。 4、ROS2/DDS：有生产环境部署经验，能配置 QoS（Deadline/Durability等），理解共享内存/Zero-Copy。 5、MCU & RTOS：有 Aurix TC3xx/TC4xx 或 S32G/S32K 项目经验；熟悉 FreeRTOS/AUTOSAR OS 调度与中断；主导过关键通信从 Socket CAN 下沉至 MCU；熟悉 CAN FD/Ethernet/SPI 驱动及 MISRA C；有 SPI/RPMsg/UDP 跨核通信或死锁排查经验。 6、有主流域控供应商协作经验；熟悉 ISO 26262/HARA/TSR；有 L4 无人重卡实车调试经验（高温/振动等工况）。
