1、负责自动驾驶多模态大模型在车端的性能优化，包括模型量化、剪枝、蒸馏、投机解码等加速方法，以充分利用车端计算硬件。 2、负责自动驾驶核心软件架构的研发、模型部署和系统优化，确保软件高效、鲁棒、跨平台运行。 3、负责高性能算子的研发，挖掘算力潜能，支撑模型性能持续提升。

1、具有计算机、人工智能、电子信息、自动化等相关学科本科/硕士学历。 2、具备3-5年相关工作经验，以下一项或多项经验： 多模态模型优化经验，熟悉VLM、VLA、DiT等模型的轻量化部署与加速方法，具备量化、剪枝、蒸馏、投机解码等实战经历； 精通CUDA并行计算与高性能算子开发，或具备GPU/NPU性能分析与调优经验； 精通C++及Python编程，熟悉Linux和ROS平台开发。 3、具有良好的工作态度、团队合作精神、主观能动性和沟通能力。
