1、 根据整车需求，负责新能源重卡高压系统方案的设计、测试、优化改进及规划工作； 2、 负责高压系统的需求分析，并确定高压电器系统总体设计方案及系统原理架构， 拓扑图，原理图的分析绘制； 3、 负责高压电器系统安全标准研究与制定； 4、 负责根据整车需求进行高压系统零部件（电池、电机、电控、DC、OBC等）设计选型、产品定义和项目管控； 5、 高压系统匹配调试及测试标准的制定，对高压系统测试提出合理的方案并配合支持实施； 6、 具备高压系统故障排查和试验，问题分析，评审方案，解决问题的能力； 7、有对接整车项目经验，熟悉汽车整车或零部件和开发流程。

1、 本科或以上学历，理工科背景，电气、自动化相关专业； 2、8年以上整机厂三电系统主管或新能源高压系统相关的产品经理相关岗位工作经验； 3、 熟练使用相关工具软件； 4、 熟悉新能源汽车的高压系统；熟悉系统方案的制定、三电零部件选型和系统匹配；能独立完成高压系统平台搭建工作，有较强的项目管控能力、组织、整合能力及工作责任心。 5、了解各高压零部件核心工作原理；了解各高压零部件安全设计；精通新能源车型高压系统匹配设计，流程体系文件，国际标准及动态。
