在零一汽车，你将主导构建支撑自动驾驶研发的核心仿真平台。面对海量场景生成、高保真传感器仿真、AI 驱动的世界模型与大规模闭环评测的技术挑战，你的技术方案将直接决定智驾系统的迭代速度与验证质量，是自动驾驶规模化落地的关键基础能力。

工作职责： - 负责自动驾驶仿真平台架构设计与研发，建设高保真、高可扩展的仿真引擎、场景生成与评测体系，支撑感知、预测、规划、控制等模块的闭环验证。 - 设计并开发高性能仿真基础设施，包括多线程/并发调度、仿真执行、确定性回放、数据回灌、资源管理与评估指标监控，持续提升仿真真实性、运行规模与执行效率。 - 构建 AI 驱动的仿真能力，包括合成数据生成、自动化场景创建、强化学习训练环境与闭环评测工作流；与 算法团队协作将3DGS模型、Diffusion模型、世界模型接入仿真环境。 - 探索并落地世界模型、生成式仿真、多智能体仿真与 Physical AI 等前沿技术，推动自动驾驶仿真从规则驱动向数据/模型驱动演进。 - 开发传感器仿真能力，覆盖摄像头、激光雷达、毫米波雷达等传感器建模，提升多模态感知仿真的保真度与场景覆盖度。 - 维护仿真平台技术文档、使用规范与自动化流程，支持跨团队测试验证、持续集成与交付，构建合理的指标监控体系并推动平台持续迭代。

职位要求： - 计算机、机器人、电子工程、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。 - 3 年及以上专业软件开发经验，具备生产级系统设计与开发能力。 - 精通现代 C++（C++17 及以上优先）和/或 Python，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，具备良好的工程与代码规范。 - 深入理解多线程与并发、内存管理、性能优化、软件架构与系统设计。 - 具备仿真、机器人、游戏或自动驾驶系统开发经验，理解仿真在自动驾驶开发验证中的作用。 - 扎实的计算机基础，包括操作系统、网络、数据库、算法等。 - 具有良好的工作态度、团队合作精神、主观能动性和跨团队沟通能力。

符合以下条件者优先： - 熟悉 CARLA、Isaac Sim、Unreal Engine 等仿真平台，或具备自动驾驶仿真评测体系、场景库建设经验； - 熟悉强化学习概念与工作流，具备智能体仿真或闭环仿真系统经验； - 有合成数据生成流水线、ROS/ROS2、云原生基础设施（Docker、Kubernetes、AWS）实践经验； - 熟悉机器学习基础设施与大规模数据处理系统，了解 LLM、多模态或 VLA/VLM 等模型的训练与推理流程； - 有自动驾驶或机器人应用经验，多智能体仿真系统开发经验； - 熟悉世界模型、生成式仿真或 Physical AI 相关技术； - 有传感器仿真经验，包括摄像头、激光雷达、毫米波雷达等； - 熟悉物理引擎与实时系统，有 CUDA、OpenGL、Vulkan 或图形编程经验；
