1.负责中央域控系统集成开发工作，涉及整车/项目需求分析、系统架构设计、需求文档编制及落地实施，确保域控系统满足整车电子电气架构（EE架构）规划要求 2.主导域控系统开发技术需求，包括控制器架构及硬件/软件/机械结构。解决开发过程中的技术难题 3.负责域控系统软件集成、调试与优化，主导完成底层软件和应用层软件的集成验证，确保域控系统功能稳定 4.负责域控系统集成测试方案的制定、测试用例设计及测试执行，跟踪测试问题，推动跨部门协同整改，确保集成测试通过率，保障产品交付质量 5.配合项目管理团队，完成集成开发相关文档（需求规格书、集成方案、测试报告等）的撰写与归档，确保文档规范、可追溯，满足行业合规与项目管理要求

1.本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、自动化、车辆工程、计算机科学与技术等相关专业，6年及以上汽车域控系统集成开发相关工作经验； 2.新能源汽车（纯电、混动）量产域控器开发（软/硬/机械）的项目经验不少于1个； 3.精通汽车电子电气架构（EE架构），深入理解中央域控系统的工作原理、架构设计及集成逻辑，熟悉底盘域、动力域等至少一个领域的域控集成技术 4.熟练掌握ASPICE流程，具备域控系统软件集成、调试经验，熟悉车载软件开发流程（V模型），了解电路原理、底层软件（BSW）、应用层软件（ASW）的集成逻辑，能配合软件团队完成集成验证 5.熟练使用INCA/CANOE/MATLAB等软件； 6.具有良好的组织协调、沟通表达能力
