1，负责重卡 L4 智能驾驶产品开发、量产交付的全生命周期的项目管理，实现产品的端到端交付及应用。 2，负责与销售、产品、研发、测试等各团队紧密配合，对接项目需求，制定合理的项目计划，并推动其实施。 3，负责跟进项目执行，协调项目资源，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作，对项目范围、进度、成本、交付质量负责。 4，负责识别整个产品设计、开发、生产等各个环节的风险和问题，推动相关方解决问题。 5，负责推动业务流程及项目管理工具的持续改进以及相关流程建设。

1，计算机、电子信息、车辆工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2，5 年以上项目管理工作经验，熟悉汽车行业整车、零部件项目开发工作流程；熟悉算法，软硬件的开发流程。 3，具有强烈的责任心和时间观念，能够根据项目实际情况制定、推进、分解计划。 4，善于协调各方资源，共同完成目标，具有大局观，能有效控制项目目标的达成。 5，具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力，出色的团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力。 6，精通项目管理相关理论和方法，持有 PMP，Prince2，MSP 等证书者优先。
