The posting

1.全面梳理收入核算、应收管理、质保核查现有流程与制度,识别痛点与风险点,制定板块优化升级 路线图与阶段性目标; 2.完善整车销售、售后服务、海外业务等全场景收入核算规则与标准,确保收入确认符合准则要求, 推动流程标准化与数字化; 3.负责全场景收入核算与账务审核,组织收入相关月度/年度结账,管控核算质量,配合内外部审 计,编制多维度收入分析报表; 4.建立健全信用管理、账期管理、对账机制、催收机制等应收全生命周期管理体系,降低坏账风险, 提升应收周转效率; 5.建立售后质保准备金计提制度与核算规则,搭建质保费用审核标准与索赔核查流程,识别异常索赔 风险并推动整改; 6.负责三包素赔、备件索赔、经销商索赔等质保费用审核与核查定期评估质保准备金充足性,协同 推动质量改善与降本; 7.统筹收入板块整体工作与人员分工,评估团队成员能力与绩效建立培训与知识共享机制,推动团 队结构优化与专业能力提升; 8.配合经营分析提供数据支撑,参与定价、促销、渠道政策等财务测算,支持新业务与海外业务财务 体系搭建。

1.本科及以上学历,财务相关专业优先考虑; 2.3年以上相关工作经验,有主机厂收入核算/应收管理/售后则务等相关经验; 3.使用过金蝶、SAP等财务软件,Office软件使用技能熟练东; 4.对业务有较强的领悟力和兴趣,有较强的结构化思维和逻辑分析能力; 5.具有较强的沟通、协调能力,敬业、严谨,有良好的职业素养、执行力、抗压能力以及自我推动 力。
