1、产品规划与设计：负责进行系统性市场调研，包括行业趋势分析、竞品产品动态监测、客户需求挖掘。基于调研结果，制定经营性租赁及融资租赁产品发展规划，明确产品定位、目标客户群、功能设计及租金标准。确保金融产品具有市场竞争力且风险可控； 2、产品迭代与优化：建立产品全生命周期管理机制，通过渗透率变化、用户问题反馈、收集及分析，持续监控产品表现。针对产品问题及客户反馈的痛点，及时提出优化方案，包括流程简化、风控策略调整和定价优化等。季度输出产品分析报告，为决策层提供数据驱动的决策依据。同时，关注经营性租赁及融资租赁产品变化，学习、引入创新元素，保持产品领先性； 3、资方资源拓展：维护并拓展与资金机构的合作关系，包括三方租赁公司、银行等，确保产品资金渠道的稳定和多元化。针对不同资金方的风险偏好和资金成本，定制差异化合作方案，提高资金匹配效率； 4、风控与产品培训：确保经营性租赁产品符合我司风控要求，制定产品培训计划，为销售团队、经销商伙伴提供系统化产品培训。

1、本科及以上学历，金融 / 汽车 / 物流等相关专业，3-5 年新能源商用车、汽车金融或租赁领域经验，复合型背景优先 2、精通新能源重卡产业链与租赁监管政策，具备产品设计、财务建模（IRR / 现金流）与数据分析能力 3、经营性租赁侧重资产运营（残值评估、场景适配）与灵活方案设计，融资租赁侧重融资结构搭建、合规风控与金融机构协同； 4、需具备跨部门协作、客户对接与高频出差抗压能力； 5、积极沟通、执行力强，具备一定的商务谈判能力； 6、学习能力强，需有良好的自我驱动力，积极主动、有责任心，抗压能力强。
