1、负责多传感器内外参标定算法的研发与工程落地，覆盖激光雷达、相机、IMU、GNSS/INS 等传感器之间，以及传感器与车辆坐标系之间的标定链路，持续提升标定精度与鲁棒性。 2、面向大规模车队与海量路测数据，设计并搭建传感器标定质量监控与运维系统，全面支撑车辆从出厂、上路运营、维保到传感器更换的全生命周期标定管理，包括标定状态实时评估、异常诊断预警及批量数据自动化处理。 3、参与标定工具链、数据中台及可视化系统的开发与优化，推动标定流程向自动化、标准化、可追溯方向演进，显著提升整体运维效率与数据闭环能力。 4、与感知、定位、建图、控制、系统工程及整车工程等团队紧密协作，深入分析因标定偏差引发的系统级异常，追溯问题根因，驱动标定算法迭代及跨模块工程方案的优化与落地。

1、拥有电子信息、自动化、计算机、机器人或相关专业本科及以上学历。 精通 C++ 与 Python，具备从算法原型搭建、工程化实现、性能调优到系统集成的完整落地能力。 2、熟悉自动驾驶常用传感器的原始数据结构与特性，包括但不限于激光雷达点云、相机图像、IMU、GNSS/INS 及轮速里程计数据。 3、深入理解多传感器内参、外参标定的底层原理，扎实掌握坐标变换、图像处理、点云处理、三维几何、多视图几何等基础理论，并能灵活应用于实际标定问题。 4、具有良好的职业素养、团队合作精神、高度的自驱力与跨团队沟通能力，能够主动推进复杂技术问题的闭环处理。
