核心职责： 1. 中间件架构：基于 ROS2/CyberRT 搭建分布式通信框架，负责 DDS 配置与 Pub/Sub、RPC、零拷贝。 2. 基础服务：节点生命周期、配置管理、时间同步、数据录放、监控诊断与容错恢复。 3. 性能优化：优化端到端时延、吞吐、CPU / 内存与通信抖动，定位数据流瓶颈。 4. SoC/MCU 协同：优化 SoC Linux 与 MCU RTOS 间 SPI/UDP/ 共享内存跨核通信。 5. 技术规范与体系建设：制定通信协议与接口规范，搭建 CI / 自动化测试并沉淀技术标准。

任职要求： 1. 计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 5 年以上中间件 / 嵌入式开发经验，3 年以上 ROS2/CyberRT/DDS 经验，有 Orin/Thor 量产经验优先。 3. 精通 C++，深入理解 ROS2/DDS 架构、QoS、共享内存、零拷贝机制。 4. 熟悉 Linux 系统编程及 SOME/IP、车载以太网、CAN FD 等车载协议。 5. 有架构决策或技术带教经验，熟悉自动化测试、CI/CD 与领域技术沉淀。
