The posting

1.负责公司汽车产品（纯电动半挂牵引车等）海外市场的法规认证全流程工作，涵盖欧盟、澳洲、东南亚、中东、拉美、北美等核心出口区域，主导车型从认证立项、资料准备、测试验证到证书获取的全链路落地。 2.跟踪海外各国家 / 地区汽车法规、认证标准的更新与迭代（如欧盟 WVTA、澳洲 PBS、UN ECE 系列法规、各国排放 / 安全 / 电动化专项要求等），建立并维护海外法规数据库，为产品研发、海外市场布局提供法规合规输入。 3.对接海外认证机构（如欧盟 ECE 认证机构、澳洲 NHVR、当地车管所等）、第三方测试机构及海外合作伙伴，协调解决认证过程中的技术问题、测试整改问题，确保认证项目按时、按质完成。 4.与公司研发、生产、供应链等部门协同，输出海外认证合规要求，在产品设计、零部件选型、生产制造阶段提前规避合规风险，推动研发端按海外法规完成产品整改优化。 5.负责海外认证项目的计划制定、成本管控、进度跟踪，编制认证项目报告，及时向管理层同步项目进展及重大问题解决方案。 6.整理海外认证全套资料（含技术文件、测试报告、合规证明等），建立认证档案并归档管理，为产品海外报关、上牌及市场销售提供合规支持。 7.协助海外销售团队解决产品当地市场合规相关问题，提供法规认证专业咨询，支撑海外市场拓展。

1.本科及以上学历，车辆工程、汽车服务工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、交通工程、新能源科学与工程等汽车相关专业，硕士学历优先。 2.具备海外院校背景或海外认证相关工作经历者优先，英语听说读写应熟练。 3.3-5 年及以上汽车行业海外法规认证相关工作经验，有新能源商用车（重卡、半挂牵引车）海外认证经验者优先。 4.具备欧盟 WVTA、澳洲 PBS、UN ECE R 系列（R131/R159/R100 等）、中东 GCC、拉美 ANVISA 等任一区域完整认证项目落地经验者优先。 5.熟悉海外认证测试流程，有对接海外第三方测试机构、认证机构实操经验者优先。 6.精通至少 2 个核心海外市场的汽车法规及认证体系，如欧盟（WVTA、排放、主动安全 / 被动安全、电动化法规）、澳洲（PBS、ADR）、东南亚（泰国 TAI、印尼 SNI）、中东（GCC）、北美（FMVSS）等，了解各区域认证差异及最新法规动态。 7.掌握汽车产品核心技术参数及合规要求，能独立解读海外法规并转化为研发端可执行的技术要求，具备从法规角度指导产品设计、整改的能力。 8.能独立编制海外认证技术文件、测试方案，熟悉认证测试项目（如碰撞、制动、排放、电磁兼容、主动安全 FCW/AEBS 等），可独立对接测试机构完成测试验证及整改。 9.具备良好的项目管理能力，能独立制定认证项目计划，合理管控项目进度、成本，解决项目执行过程中的突发问题，确保项目顺利交付。 10.英语为工作语言，具备流利的英语听说读写能力，能独立与海外认证机构、合作伙伴进行技术沟通、商务对接，可无障碍阅读海外英文法规、编制英文认证资料。 11.具备优秀的跨部门、跨文化沟通协调能力，能有效联动研发、生产、销售及海外合作方，推动问题高效解决；具备良好的谈判能力，能与海外认证机构沟通认证整改方案、测试安排等。
