负责智能驾驶系统在各类异构计算平台的性能优化，提升系统效率、精度及实时性。 解决各类软硬件兼容性，通信延迟，资源竞争等等问题，定位性能瓶颈，提出并推动优化方案落地。 制定并执行测试验证方案，协同跨部门团队推进技术落地，确保优化效果符合量产标准。

硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、自动化等相关专业。 5年以上智能驾驶行业经验，熟悉自动驾驶系统的技术原理，理解核心模块的代码逻辑，了解各个模块的基本工作流程和交互接口。 5年以上Linux系统性能优化经验，熟悉内核关键模块代码。熟悉GPU/NPU的性能分析工作，有车规级SOC如Orin/Thor量产经验者优先。 精通C++/Python，掌握CUDA/TensorRT等高性能计算技术。 具有良好的工作态度，团队合作精神，主观能动性和沟通能力。
