核心职责： 1. 负责量产车全流程改制，包括多传感器精准安装、布线与固定。 2. 完成智驾量产车系统集成与调试，确保软硬件协同达到设计状态。 3. 执行多传感器（摄像头 / 雷达 / 激光雷达）联合标定及误差分析优化。 4. 负责域控制器全栈软件（固件 / MCU/BSP/ 应用）刷写部署及 OTA 升级维护。 5. 用 CANoe/CANape 分析总线，用 Linux/Shell/Python 处理数据与自动化，排查车辆异常。

任职要求： 1. 3 年以上车辆改制与系统集成经验，有重卡经验者优先。 2. 具备多传感器内外参标定工程经验，保证量产标定精度。 3. 熟悉 Linux/Ubuntu，能独立编写 Shell/Python 脚本。 4. 熟练 CANoe、CANape，具备报文解析与故障诊断能力。 5. 熟悉镜像、MCU、底软及应用软件刷写流程，动手能力强。
