跟催重点项目的核心物料，提前做齐套检查，每天盯供应商发货、到货，缺料时直接找供应商 / 采购追到结果，确保装车前 100% 齐套； 自己排周 / 日装车计划，对接车间留工位、留人员，首车 / 关键节点装车全程跟线，现场协调解决机械安装、电气接线、软件刷写、基础功能调试等现场问题，不把问题丢给研发； 自己维护物料台账、装车台账，每天输出物料 / 装车日报，同步风险和进度； 现场处理试生产、装车中的突发异常，拉人、找料、协调资源，第一时间解决问题，不坐等领导安排； 直接对接客户驻场人员，陪客户看装车、看车辆，响应客户现场需求，支持样车交付。

3年以上汽车行业试制、装车、工艺、生产支持相关经验，有智驾 / 汽车电子改装、装车经验优先； 了解汽车基本构造、电器原理，能看懂简单的装配图纸，会用基本的装车工具； 动手能力强，能在现场快速处理小的装配问题，沟通协调能力强，能调动车间、研发人员解决问题； 能吃苦，能接受车间现场办公、加班支持装车节点，执行力强； 能熟练驾驶车辆优先，能接受短期出差支持客户现场。
