1、熟悉整车开发流程、整车EE架构，作为智驾技术接口人，牵头开发L2+软硬件产品； 2、与外部供应商紧密合作，管控开发进度、质量，协调、解决内外部技术难题，确保产品方案有效性和交付及时性； 2、协调传感器与域控的信号交互，具备HIL台架或实车测试能力，能进行问题复现、分析和解决（场景复现-数据回灌-算法优化-标定修正）； 3、熟悉AEB、BSD、ACC、LKA、LCA、PCC等L2级辅助驾驶功能逻辑，了解ISO 26262（功能安全）、ISO 21448（预期功能安全）、GB/T 44495、GB-T44496，识别系统在复杂环境下的非故障安全风险，并制定应对策略； 4、熟悉主流自动驾驶域控和传感器方案，对行业新技术有研究； 5、熟悉智驾软硬件系统架构方案，对传感器感知、控制器解析、执行器处理有深入了解； 6、主导L2+（如高速NOA、记忆泊车）功能的落地规划，推动功能从L2向高阶辅助驾驶演进。

1 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子工程、计算机等相关专业优先； 2 具备5年及以上工作经验，且从事L2智驾相关业务达3年以上，熟悉各类辅助驾驶功能逻辑和行业现状，有L2产品量产应用开发经验； 3 熟悉车辆各类电子电器的接口需求，具备独立的电气参数校核能力； 4 具有较强的学习能力和创新精神，能够适应快速变化的技术环境。
