在零一汽车，你将主导构建支撑自动驾驶车队规模化运营的核心车辆管理平台。面对多车协同调度、车辆全生命周期管理、实时监控与远程协助、安全运营合规等挑战，你的技术方案将直接决定智驾车辆运营效率与安全水平，是自动驾驶商业化落地的关键基础能力。

工作职责： - 负责自动驾驶车队管理平台核心架构设计与研发，建设覆盖调度、派发、车辆控制台、远程协助、TMS、运营中台等核心模块，支撑车辆、场站、人员、ODD、资源、工单、权限、配置等全生命周期管理，覆盖订单履约、车辆准备、补能清洁、维修保养、异常处置、结算对账等运营场景。 - 设计车辆、订单、任务（Load/Leg/Mission/Trip）等核心对象模型、状态机与生命周期逻辑，建立清晰的系统边界与source-of-authority模型，确保确定性核心可靠、可追踪、可审计，同时支撑上层概率性、Agent辅助自动化。 - 开发实时操作工具与角色化视图，支撑调度员、远程协助员、技师、车队经理等角色的监控、任务控制、异常处置与远程接管；建设运营监控、告警、BI看板与SLA管理体系。 - 负责调度系统核心算法设计与迭代，包括订单分配、供需撮合、运力预测、车辆路径规划（VRP/VRPTW、Assignment Problem）等，建立调度仿真环境量化评估算法效果，设计高可用、低延迟的在线调度服务，保障大规模并发下的系统稳定性。 - 开发后端服务、API与事件驱动集成（NATS/Kafka/MQTT等），打通数字化规划与物理车队，包括边缘车辆控制台；保障安全相关workflow（发车授权与双人确认、回收与物理接管交接）正确、可观测、可恢复。 - 负责内外部系统对接，包括订单系统、地图、运维、数据平台等；推动多城市、多场站、多业务模式下的配置化能力建设，降低新场景交付成本。 - 与自动驾驶、运营、产品、硬件团队深度协作，将实际运营流程转化为可靠软件系统，推动平台持续迭代与工程卓越。

职位要求： - 计算机、软件工程、自动化、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历。 - 5年以上后端服务/全栈或平台开发经验，具备生产级系统设计与开发能力。 - 熟练掌握 Python/Go/Java/C++ 中至少一门语言，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，具备良好的工程与代码规范。 - 熟悉分布式系统、数据模型、状态机与workflow/lifecycle驱动应用设计，理解API、数据库、事件驱动架构。 - 扎实的算法与数据结构基础，熟悉组合优化、图论、动态规划等经典方法，了解VRP/VRPTW、Assignment Problem等调度模型。 - 具备高并发在线服务设计或调优经验，熟悉 Kafka、Redis、MQTT 等中间件。 - 具有良好的工作态度、团队合作精神、主观能动性和跨团队沟通能力，有责任心与文档习惯。

符合以下条件者优先： - 具备运营关键系统、车队管理、物流、TMS、网约车/即时配送调度或自动驾驶出行平台研发经验； - 有实时操作工具、指挥控制或角色化工作台开发经验，熟悉 React/TypeScript 等前端框架； - 熟悉强化学习（DRL）在调度/决策场景的应用，或有组合优化、图神经网络落地经验； - 有云平台（AWS等）、容器化（Docker）、Kubernetes 实践经验； - 了解 LLM/Agent 自动化与人机协同（human-in-the-loop）系统； - 有自动驾驶、机器人或信息物理系统开发经验； - 有安全关键workflow设计与实施经验，熟悉SLA管理、BI分析、主数据、权限体系、配置中心等中后台能力；
