1、车辆全生命周期管理：搭建从车辆采购到最终处置的全流程管理体系。 2、负责制定车辆采购方案，建立车辆档案，记录车辆运营、维修保养、违章处理等信息。制定车辆回收、处置标准，包括评估标准、处置渠道管理和处置流程优化，最大化车辆残值回收。同时，建立车辆评估体系，定期对车辆价值进行重估，确保资产计价准确； 3、租后风控管理：建立动态监控体系，对承租方运营情况进行跟踪评估，对潜在运营风险进行预警。制定差异化的风险应对策略，对正常项目进行常规监控，对关注类项目加强沟通频率，对可疑类项目启动预警机制，对损失类项目启动回收、处置程序。提示客户每月租金还款及逾期催收。定期输出资产质量报告，对资产风险状况进行评估和分类，为产品调整和风控策略优化提供依据。 4、车务管理流程优化：设计并持续优化车务管理流程，包括车辆上牌、保险、年检、违章处理等事务的标准化操作流程。建立与第三方服务商（如维修厂、停车场、拖车公司）的合作关系网络，确保车务问题能够得到及时高效处理。同时，建立车辆突发事件应急处理机制，如交通事故、车辆丢失等情况的应急预案，最大限度降低资产损失。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上重卡 / 汽车租赁相关经验，金融 / 汽车 / 物流等相关专业，复合型背景优先； 2、通用职责为资产全生命周期管控（评估、监控、处置），需具备风险识别、资产估值、合规操作与跨部门协作能力； 3、经营性租赁侧重车辆实物管控（运维、残值测算、运营成本控制），融资租赁侧重债权管理（租金回收、逾期催收、不良处置）； 4、需适应高频出差，考核核心聚焦资产不良率、租金回收率、处置效率与合规率。 5、积极沟通、执行力强，具备一定的商务谈判能力； 6、学习能力强，需有良好的自我驱动力，积极主动、有责任心，抗压能力强。
