岗位简介 负责L4自动驾驶重卡商业化运营云平台、研发效能管理工具及车辆全生命周期管理工具的产品规划与迭代落地，打通云端运营、项目交付、车辆运维、质量管控全链路，支撑自动驾驶重卡商业化落地与内部研发提效。

岗位职责 一、自动驾驶重卡运营云平台 1、负责自动驾驶重卡运营云平台整体规划与迭代，覆盖车辆接入、远程监控、智能调度、车队/工单/订单管理、安全告警、TCO核算、数据大屏等核心能力，独立完成需求调研、方案设计、PRD输出、版本落地与迭代复盘。 2、深耕港口、矿区、钢厂、干线货运等落地场景，联动销售、交付、客户团队挖掘业务痛点，输出标准化解决方案，合理把控需求优先级，保障商业化项目高效交付。 3、搭建平台运营数据指标体系与可视化看板，覆盖车辆工况、故障能耗、运营业绩、TCO分析等数据，支撑业务调度、经营决策与客户对账。 二、研发效能工具 1、负责自动驾驶项目问题管理系统迭代优化，统一管控研发、测试、现场运营全流程故障、BUG、算法及安全隐患等各类问题。 2、搭建问题分级、分派、流转、复盘、归档的全闭环管理流程，配置督办提醒机制，规范问题处理流程，提升质量管控效率。 3、打通问题单与车辆台账、软件版本、项目工单的数据联动，实现问题全追溯、可统计、可复盘；搭建质量看板，监控闭环率、解决时效、重复故障等核心指标。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、交通运输、物流等相关专业，5年及以上B端平台产品经理工作经验。 2、熟悉货运车队运营、车辆运维流程，了解L4重卡自动驾驶落地场景，兼具SaaS商业化平台与内部效能工具产品经验。 3、可独立完成产品方案、原型、PRD撰写与迭代落地，具备扎实的数据指标体系搭建能力，熟练使用各类产品设计工具。 4、逻辑思维清晰，具备优秀的跨部门协同与项目推进能力，可同步承接商业化交付与内部数字化建设工作。
