1. 法规标准跟踪与解读 跟踪国内商用车智驾强标：GB47955‑2026 组合驾驶辅助安全要求、JT/T1178、GB7258、ISO26262、CISPR25**等；持续跟进法规修订，输出法规解读、风险评估报告，将法规条款转化为系统需求、ODD 边界约束、设计约束，对内宣贯培训。 2. L2/L2 + 系统合规性分析（研发阶段） 针对 ACC、LCC、LKA、AEB、TJA、拨杆变道 ALC、DMS、BSD、DSSAD 数据记录等功能开展合规对标；识别系统硬件、策略逻辑、HMI 告警、驾驶员接管逻辑、挂车耦合工况、满载‑空载工况的合规差距，输出合规检查清单，推动研发整改闭环。 3. 法规应用方案设计 把法规要求转化为系统应用需求，结合供应商寻找主流推荐解决方案，形成法规应用方案文件，为后续法规应用做前端指导。 5. 法规认证与项目量产支持 对接第三方检测机构，负责 L2/L2 + 系统 CCC、公告相关 ADAS 认证电气内部技术对接；编制认证技术文档、试验申请材料、合规报告；支持车型 SOP 前合规放行，管控变更带来的法规回归风险；维护商用车 L2 法规知识库、合规检查清单。 6. 海外法规解读应用 关注海外法规发布实施情况，提前解读电气相关海外法规项，形成法规应对方案，支持后续海外业务电子电气法规开发设计。 7.有EE架构开发经验优先。

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、车辆电子、机电一体化相关专业； 2. 2‑5 年商用车 ADAS/L2 系统相关工作经验，有完整重卡 L2/L2 + 量产项目经历优先；熟悉商用车（牵引车 + 挂车）整车法规优先。 3. 熟悉GB47955‑2026、JT/T1178、GB7258等商用车强制标准；了解 ISO26262 功能安全；了解 CISPR25 电磁兼容要求； 3. 了解商用车线控底盘 E‑HPS、EBS 执行器特性，理解挂车耦合、满载‑空载、车身俯仰抖动对 L2 系统的影响；了解主流 1V1R、多雷达融合硬件方案
