岗位职责 作为重卡泊车功能 Owner，面向港口、矿区、物流园封闭场景，负责重卡自动倒车泊入、对位货台、库位泊车、远控辅助泊车、记忆泊入功能的产品定义、路线规划与全生命周期落地；梳理重卡特有痛点：超长挂车、大转弯半径、重载载荷变化、无划线货位、狭窄库区、倒车盲区、货台对位精度要求。 输出 PRD，定义泊车完整状态机、故障‑安全降级逻辑、远控平行驾驶介入时机；拆解感知、定位、规控需求，明确对货台、地锁、路沿、散落货物、人员的识别指标，输出可量化 KPI：泊入成功率、货台对位精度、倒车揉库次数、平均泊车耗时、接管率。 建设重卡泊车场景库，收集现场真实失败 case，驱动仿真、算法、测试团队迭代优化；对接底盘、线控执行机构，处理重载下转向、制动响应差异带来的泊车偏差问题。 对接客户、运营、现场测试团队，收集一线作业痛点；定义泊车相关 HMI、车载提示、云平台告警；参与 SOP 交付文档、安全作业规范输出，支撑百台级车队规模化交付。 竞品对标、技术方案评估，平衡硬件成本、算法能力、客户业务效率，输出泊车模块中长期产品 Roadmap。

任职要求 本科及以上，车辆工程、自动化、计算机相关专业；3‑6 年智驾产品经理经验，有商用车 / 重卡 / 港口集卡泊车、倒车功能产品经验优先；熟悉 APA/RPA/AVP 产品逻辑，理解 Hybrid‑A * 等泊车路径规划原理。 熟悉 L4 自动驾驶基础架构：感知、融合、定位、规控；了解重卡整车特性、挂车耦合问题、CAN 总线；清楚封闭作业场景 ODD 边界、功能安全与预期功能安全基本概念。 具备完整需求文档输出能力，能够把现场业务痛点转化为算法、测试可执行需求；能够深入测试现场分析问题，数据驱动迭代。 强跨团队推动能力，协同算法、硬件、整车集成、测试、现场运维团队；可接受阶段性驻场出差。 加分项：港口 / 矿区无人重卡项目经验；了解远程平行驾驶、远控接管流程；熟悉智驾仿真平台。
