1、作为测试负责人，主导L4重卡封闭场地、公开道路、商业化试点全场景道路测试技术方案制定、技术评审与质量把控，统筹解决项目核心、疑难技术问题。 2、负责搭建L4重卡专属道路测试体系、场景库、测试标准与准入准出规范，覆盖矿区、港口、干线物流等核心ODD场景，对标国家智驾合规标准及OTA管控要求。 3、主导智驾全链路测试验证，涵盖多传感器感知融合、高精度定位、智能规控、线控底盘适配、故障安全降级、DSSAD数据合规等核心模块，把控GA版本冻结、GD规模化部署的技术质量关卡。 4、牵头重大测试问题、偶现疑难问题的技术攻坚，联动算法、硬件、底盘、研发团队定位根因、推动闭环优化，规避量产及运营安全风险。 5、负责测试团队技术赋能、梯队建设与工作统筹，沉淀核心技术资产与测试方法论，支撑多项目并行落地，配合测试牌照申报、型式试验、项目验收等合规交付工作。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、智能驾驶、自动化、计算机相关专业，3年以上L4商用车/重卡自动驾驶测试技术管理经验。 2、精通L4重卡道路测试全流程，熟悉重卡线控底盘、多传感器集成、自动驾驶算法逻辑、实车标定与数据分析，具备港口、矿区、干线落地项目经验者优先。 3、熟练掌握智驾测试合规体系，熟知GA/GD版本管控、OTA升级备案、智能网联测试牌照申报、国标合规测试要求。 4、具备极强的技术研判、问题攻坚、风险管控能力，可独立输出高阶测试方案、技术复盘报告。 5、具备团队管理、跨部门统筹能力，能适配项目驻场、出差，抗压能力强，具备大型自动驾驶项目落地经验。
