职责描述 负责智驾量产项目全生命周期管理，对项目的进度、质量、客户满意度进行有效控制； 拆解项目主计划到具体责任人和节点，拉通算法、软件、硬件、系统、测试、供应链等部门对齐目标； 组织项目会、评审会，盯进度、追问题、排风险，推动所有问题解决，延期风险提前预警； 负责对接项目相关部门直接对接主机厂客户，同步状态、响应需求、组织研发样车交付； 输出项目周/月报，组织 Gate 评审，跟进所有行动项落地，不依赖助理代劳。

本科及以上学历，3-5 年汽车 / 智驾 / 汽车电子项目管理经验，至少 1 个完整量产项目从 0 到 1 交付经验； 熟悉 APQP/PPAP 等车规流程，懂智驾基本技术栈，既能和技术团队聊方案，也能和客户谈交付； 精通项目管理相关方法，有PMP，了解ASPICE； 执行力极强，能盯人盯事盯到结果，不害怕跨部门冲突，能扛事、不甩锅； 抗压能力强，能接受加班支持节点、短期客户现场出差。
