Die REALEYES Nord GmbH sucht Sie als Mitarbeiterin (m/w/d) für unsere Telefonzentrale und unser Terminmanagement in Teilzeit für unser MVZ Augenzentrum Ammerland in Westerstede.

Sie telefonieren gerne, organisieren Termine strukturiert und behalten auch bei einem hohen Anfrageaufkommen den Überblick? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Als zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten liegt Ihr Schwerpunkt auf der Terminvergabe, Terminsteuerung und Bearbeitung telefonischer sowie digitaler Anfragen. Sie sorgen dafür, dass Termine zuverlässig koordiniert und Anliegen schnell an die richtigen Stellen weitergeleitet werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Terminvergabe, Terminänderung und Terminbestätigung
  • Annahme und strukturierte Bearbeitung eingehender Telefonate
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Terminanfragen über unsere Online-Rezeption Docmedico
  • Koordination und Pflege der Terminpläne unserer Sprechstunden
  • Beantwortung allgemeiner organisatorischer Fragen rund um unsere Praxis und Behandlungen
  • Aufnahme und gezielte Weiterleitung medizinischer oder organisatorischer Anliegen an die zuständigen Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer guten telefonischen und digitalen Erreichbarkeit
  • Freundliche, professionelle und serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit unseren Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Terminmanagement

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Telefonie, Terminmanagement, Empfang oder Kundenservice
  • Freude am telefonischen und digitalen Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Freundliches, professionelles und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine angenehme Gesprächsführung
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem hohen Telefon- und Anfrageaufkommen
  • Gute digitale Anwenderkenntnisse und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Belastbarkeit und Souveränität auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen
  • Erfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld oder in einer Arztpraxis ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
