Die REALEYES Nord GmbH sucht Sie als Operationstechnische Assistentin (OTA) (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit für unser MVZ Augenzentrum Oldenburg.

Sie sind Operationstechnische Assistentin (m/w/d) mit Leidenschaft für präzises Arbeiten und möchten Ihre Fachkenntnisse in einem modernen medizinischen Umfeld einbringen? Sie schätzen die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operateurinnen und Operateuren sowie dem interdisziplinären OP-Team und legen Wert auf einen einfühlsamen und professionellen Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten?

Bei uns erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld – von der Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei ophthalmologischen Eingriffen über die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen OP-Ablaufs bis hin zur konsequenten Umsetzung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards. Werden Sie Teil unseres engagierten Teams und tragen Sie dazu bei, unseren Patientinnen und Patienten eine sichere und hochwertige augenmedizinische Versorgung zu ermöglichen. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung, Assistenz und Nachbereitung bei ambulanten ophthalmologischen Eingriffen
  • Instrumentieren und Springertätigkeiten im OP
  • Vorbereitung der Operationssäle, Instrumente, Geräte und Materialien
  • Unterstützung der Operateurinnen und Operateure während der Eingriffe
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der geltenden Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Fachgerechte Vor- und Nachbereitung der Patientinnen und Patienten im OP-Bereich
  • Sachgerechter Umgang mit medizinischen Geräten und Instrumenten

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Operationstechnischen Assistentin (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin (m/w/d), Medizinischen Fachangestellten (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Herzlichkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit PatientInnen
  • Eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Lust, sich in ein motiviertes und kollegiales Team einzubringen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
