Für unser Augenzentrum in Oldenburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Refraktivmanager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Refraktivmanager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Position an der Schnittstelle zwischen Patientenbetreuung, Diagnostik und Praxisorganisation.

  • Sie planen, organisieren und strukturieren die refraktive Sprechstunde und tragen zu deren reibungslosem Ablauf bei.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Aufklärung und Beratung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten zu den Möglichkeiten der refraktiven Linsen- und Laserchirurgie.
  • Sie führen verschiedene diagnostische Voruntersuchungen durch, unter anderem IOL-Master, optische Kohärenztomographie (OCT) und Topographie.
  • Sie koordinieren die konservative Betreuung unserer refraktiven Patientinnen und Patienten und übernehmen die damit verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie dem gesamten Praxisteam zusammen und sorgen gemeinsam für eine optimale Patientenversorgung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Augenoptikerin (m/w/d) oder Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Augenheilkunde.
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zur Augenoptikermeisterin (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im augenmedizinischen oder refraktiven Bereich ist von Vorteil – wichtiger sind uns jedoch Engagement, Neugier und Freude an Ihrer Arbeit.
  • Ein herzliches und einfühlsames Auftreten im Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude daran, sich aktiv in ein motiviertes und kollegiales Team einzubringen.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Interesse daran, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und neue Aufgabenbereiche kennenzulernen.
