【职位要求】 - 扎实的Python、C/C++编程基础，熟悉多线程编程、内存管理、任务调度； - 对AI算法和LLM VLA多模态大模型结构有深刻的理解，具备AI算子开发加速能力； - 精通模型量化、计算图融合、稀疏剪枝、知识蒸馏等技术，熟悉TensorRT、cuda、triton开发； - 熟悉NV Orin、Xavier、高通骁龙、华为昇腾、地平线X3 J5等两种芯片平台上的AI算法落地技术； - 善用性能分析Profiler，Nvidia Nsight Systems、Nsight Compute等；

具有以下条件者优先： - 有机器人、车机、手机的AI部署加速实战经验者优先；
