岗位职责

1. 参与机器人具身智能方向的产品规划与设计，协同算法、软件、硬件团队推动机器人能力持续迭代。 2. 深度参与机器人任务规划、技能系统、行为逻辑、人机交互等方向的产品设计，推动机器人从“理解任务”到“完成执行”的整体体验优化。 3. 协同感知、决策、执行等相关算法团队，参与机器人能力在真实场景中的落地与迭代，包括但不限于家庭、展厅、商业空间、遥操作等方向。 4. 负责需求分析、产品方案设计、项目推进及跨团队协作，推动复杂系统高效落地。 5. 积极探索 AI 与 Agent 在产品工作流中的使用方式，持续优化团队协作效率与产品研发流程。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、自动化、机械、电子工程、人工智能等相关背景优先。 2. 对 AI、机器人、智能体（Agent）等方向有较强兴趣，关注行业发展与新技术趋势。 3. 具备较强的学习能力、逻辑能力与抽象思维能力，能够快速理解复杂系统与跨领域知识。 4. 具备良好的产品思维与沟通能力，能够与算法、软件、硬件团队进行高效协作。 5. 有 AI 产品、机器人、智能硬件、多模态交互、游戏 AI、自动驾驶等相关经验者优先，但不要求必须具备机器人行业背景。 6. 对 AI 工具和 Agent 工作流有较强兴趣，并愿意在日常工作中主动使用 AI 提升效率、辅助思考与完成复杂任务。
