1.数据处理链路测试，负责具身数据质量、预标注、高价值挖掘、多元性分析,与VLA算法团队协作分析数据质量，反向定位数据缺口，推动采集、清洗和训练策略迭代； 2.预标注模型，基于LLM、VLM、视频理解、多模态大模型，对具身多模态数据进行质检、打标、自动标注以满足VLA、WAM模型训练数据需要，研发动作切分、Caption、指令生成、对象识别，落地数据生产链路； 3.负责针对Ego数据的高精度、高鲁棒性2D/3D手部姿态与形状估计，解决第一人称视角下的严重自遮挡、运动模糊及快速缩放问题； 4.负责 VSLAM/VIO 算法开发与优化，参与视觉惯性里程计、VSLAM、定位与轨迹恢复算法研发，包括特征跟踪、IMU 预积分和非线性优化等； 5.技术探索：研究人形遥操数据采集、ego第一视角数据处理、仿真数据合成、人体/手部姿态估计等前沿技术。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、自动化、机器人或相关专业在读； 2. 熟练使用 Python，具备良好的编程习惯和数据处理能力；熟悉 C/C++ 者优先； 3. 熟悉常用数据处理工具及框架，如 NumPy、Pandas、OpenCV、PyTorch 等； 4. 了解图像、视频、深度图、点云、姿态、机器人状态与动作序列等数据的基本表示和处理方法； 5. 具备较强的数据敏感度和问题分析能力，能够从异常结果中定位数据质量或处理链路问题。
