1、研发采购策略与资源搭建 结合研发产品线制定电子料专项采购策略，搭建研发物料资源池；跟踪电子元件行业行情、缺货风险，同步研发选型建议；充分与量产资源工程师协同，统一规划备选供应商。 2、供应商全生命周期管理 与量产资源工程师协同，参与研发供方、原厂 / 代理商评估开发，推动研发完成样品认证；维护研发合作供应商名录，定期绩效考评并推动供方改善；同步供方资料、考核结果至量产资源工程师，保障研发转量产供方无缝衔接。 3、研发成本管控降本 拆解研发 BOM 降本指标，通过比价、国产替代、推动研发 VA/VE 优化、商务谈判等方式控本；输出成本分析报告，同步成本数据给量产资源工程师，提前规划量产降本方案。 4、样品交付与质量管控 根据项目排期提前锁定样品产能，跟进打样、试产交付，快速处理交期、规格异常；协同质量闭环样品不良整改；同步物料交付、质量问题给量产资源工程师，提前规避量产供应隐患。

学历专业：统招本科及以上，电子信息、微电子、供应链、经管类相关专业。 知识技能：熟悉各类电子元器件，掌握样品寻源、商务谈判、成本分析、供方认证流程；具备良好沟通谈判、风险预判、数据分析能力；熟练 Office、ERP 系统。 工作经验：电子硬件行业 5 年以上研发电子料采购 / 资源开发经验，有研发转量产对接经验优先。 其他：抗压自驱，有强协同意识。身体健康，可短期出差。主动学习行业知识，参与行业展会培训；具备流程优化、创新降本思维。
