岗位概述： 负责数据部门产研项目交付排期、外部数据项目跟进、数据交付卡点推动解决等工作。 核心职责： - 负责具身智能数据项目全流程交付管理，覆盖数据工厂采集、数据标注、交付全链路，横跨算法、工程、数据运营、产品、硬件等团队，数据项目快速高质量落地。 - 跨部门协同：作为核心枢纽，拉通研发、产品、运营、硬件、系统等部门，确保数据流与工程流同步。 - 建立项目流程体系，制定项目交付规范、项目复盘机制。拆解数据类项目需求，制定精细化里程碑计划，全程跟踪进度，严格管控数据质量、交付时效与采集标注成本，保障项目核心指标达成 - 资源与风险管控：构建前瞻性的资源模型，识别并管理项目关键风险

任职要求： - 理工科硕士及以上学历，5年以上项目管理经验，有自动驾驶数据闭环、AI多模态数据交付、具身智能数据工厂相关项目经验者为强优先 - 熟悉具身智能数据采集流程，有机器人/具身智能/自动驾驶项目管理经验者优先。 - 需要有较强的执行力、沟通协调能力及风险管理能力。 - 责任心和抗压能力强，有一定相关业务和技术背景更佳。
