1、负责一体化关节模组的嵌入式算法设计与开发，重点实现无框力矩电机的高性能控制（包括电流环、速度环、位置环及力矩控制）； 2、开发基于FOC（磁场定向控制） 的电机驱动算法，优化力矩响应带宽、转矩脉动抑制及低速性能； 3、设计并实现关节模组的力/位混合控制、柔性控制及碰撞检测算法，提升机器人交互安全性； 4、配合硬件团队完成电机参数辨识、控制参数整定及系统稳定性分析； 5、编写嵌入式软件架构文档、算法设计说明及测试规范，支持产品量产与维护。

学历专业：硕士及以上学历，自动化、电力电子、电机与电器、机械电子、计算机等相关专业；特别优秀的本科生可放宽； 工作经验：3年以上嵌入式电机控制或机器人关节算法开发经验； 专业技能： 深入理解无框力矩电机、永磁同步电机（PMSM）的数学模型及控制理论； 精通FOC算法，具备SVPWM、PID/自抗扰控制（ADRC）、观测器（如滑模、龙贝格）等实际应用经验； 熟悉力矩控制、阻抗控制或导纳控制，有弹性关节或力控机器人项目经验者优先； 熟练使用C/C++，具备ARM Cortex-M（如STM32、GD32）或DSP（如TI C2000）平台开发经验； 能使用MATLAB/Simulink进行算法仿真及自动代码生成； 加分项： 熟悉EtherCAT、CANopen、SPI等总线协议及高实时性通信； 了解多传感器（编码器、电流传感器、IMU）融合及温度补偿方法； 有协作机器人、人形机器人关节驱动器量产经验； 软性素质：逻辑严谨，具备独立解决非线性系统问题的能力，良好的团队协作与文档习惯。
