岗位职责 1. 机器人和周边产品和及解决方案项目的实施、部署和技术支持。负责机器人或解决方案硬件设备的现场安装和调试，软件系统的部署，包括操作系统、控制程序、应用程序等的安装与配置。对部署后的机器人或解决方案整体系统进行基本调试，排查并解决实施过程中出现的软硬件故障或兼容性问题。 2. 客户沟通与问题解决。在交付过程中与客户保持沟通，理解客户实际需求，协调技术资源回答或协助解决客户的技术咨询，包含二次开发的技术支持，解决交付过程中的其他问题。 3. 为客户提供操作培训，包括机器人基础功能、开发接口、故障排查方法等。讲解机器人的使用方法、日常维护要点、安全注意事项，确保客户能正常使用。编写交付相关文档，如安装手册、调试报告、操作指南等，为后续维护提供参考。 4. 完成交付需求中所需的基础性开发、定制开发、软件配置或代码修改等工作，以满足个别交付需求。 5. 协助客户验收，汇报和总结交付项目的实施情况，提出改进建议并实施持续改进。

任职资格 1. 计算机、人工智能、机器人工程、电子、自动化、机械等相关工科专业，全日制本科及以上学历； 2. 具有2年以上机器人或智能产品的开发、测试或技术支持工作经验； 3. 精通Linux系统，熟悉ROS2开发环境，熟悉网络和通信原理； 4. 精通C++、Python至少一种编程语言，从事过1年以上软件开发工作，熟悉CAN、CANFD、EtherCAT通讯协和Webots、Mujoco、Issac gym、Issac Sim等机器人仿真环境，或具备机器人模型训练和数据采集工作经验者优先考虑； 5. 具备良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力，能够与跨部门的团队进行有效的协作； 6. 具备较强的问题解决能力和分析能力，能够独立完成交付任务并提出改进建议。适应短期出差，具备较强的自我驱动能力和责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力。
