The posting

1.负责机器人电源系统的需求分析和架构设计，定义电源树，确保满足整机的功耗要求、电源效率高、满足散热要求和EMC要求。 2.深入分析机器人不同场景的特点，满足动态运动（如快速启动、急停、负重等场景）带来的瞬时大电流需求，进行去耦、PCB布局、功率路径设计，确保电源网络的稳定性和可靠性。 3.定义机器人电池、充电器的技术规格，满足整机续航和动态运动要求。和供应商深度交流，管控电池管理系统（BMS）的设计，保证电池和充电安全，满足国标要求。 4.负责功率器件（MOSFET、高边驱动、电感、电容）、电源管理IC（PMIC）、连接器、保险丝等关键元器件的选型、评估和供应商技术对接。 5.原理图设计和PCB Layout（特别是电源部分），确保功率回路、信号完整性、热分布和EMC/EMI的最佳实践。输出BOM和生产指导文件，保证生产交付。 6.制定电源测试计划，搭建测试环境，完成电源的性能、效率、纹波、瞬态响应、可靠性等等及安全规范测试，高效解决调试过程中出现的问题，编写测试报告。

1.电子工程、电力电子、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上工业、通信、汽车或消费电子领域复杂产品的电源硬件开发经验。 2.具备从系统电源方案、详细设计、仿真、调试到量产的全流程经验，至少主导过2个以上成功量产的硬件项目。 3.精通各种电源拓扑，对功率器件特性有深刻理解。并对电池系统深入了解，可进行选型评估和测试。 4.熟练使用电路设计软件Cadence进行原理图和PCB设计。掌握仿真工具进行电源完整性仿真，能够利用仿真结果指导设计，优化性能。 5.具有较强的学习、团队合作精神，勇于承担责任，能够独立的解决问题，具备良好的逻辑思维和分析问题能力。

优先考虑条件： 1.有机器人、无人机、电动汽车等涉及电机驱动和电池供电系统开发经验者优先。 2.熟悉电池管理系统（BMS）硬件设计，了解锂电池特性和相关安全标准。 3.具备一定的EMC/EMI设计和整改经验。
