Regionen har omkring 350 medarbetare på tio filialer och består av både etablerade Assemblin-verksamheter och förvärvade bolag. Det skapar en spännande miljö där HR får en viktig roll i att bygga relationer, skapa struktur och bidra till regionens fortsatta utveckling.

Om rollen

Som HR Business Partner arbetar du nära regionchef, controller, filialchefer och andra ledare i verksamheten. Du blir deras kvalificerade stöd i både vardagliga och mer komplexa HR-frågor och ingår även i ledningsgruppen för Region Stockholm/Uppsala.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

• stötta chefer inom arbetsrätt, rehabilitering, arbetsmiljö och personalfrågor

• självständigt driva fackliga förhandlingar och stötta i kollektivavtalsfrågor

• bidra till organisations- och kulturutveckling i den nya regionen

• stötta i rekrytering, kompetensförsörjning och employer branding

• bidra till att utveckla och implementera HR-processer på ett sätt som fungerar i en decentraliserad och entreprenöriell verksamhet.

Du rapporterar till HR-chef Maria Magnusson och blir samtidigt en del av Assemblin Els gemensamma HR-team med HRBP-kollegor i organisationens andra regioner. Rollen präglas av stor självständighet den egna regionen men också av ett nära erfarenhetsutbyte och samarbete inom HR.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som har minst ett par års erfarenhet av brett och verksamhetsnära HR-arbete.

Du är trygg inom svensk arbetsrätt och har självständig erfarenhet av fackliga förhandlingar och kollektivavtalstolkning för både kollektivanställda och tjänstemän. Du har också erfarenhet av att stötta chefer inom exempelvis rehabilitering, arbetsmiljö och kvalificerade personalärenden.

Som person är du trygg, självständig och relationsskapande. Du är lyhörd och prestigelös, men vågar samtidigt stå stadigt i din profession och driva frågor framåt.

Du behöver trivas i en praktisk och affärsnära miljö och kunna anpassa ditt arbetssätt efter situationen. Ibland krävs struktur och tydlighet – ibland tålamod, fingertoppskänsla och ett mer stegvis arbetssätt.

Erfarenhet från bygg, installation, teknik, industri, produktion, logistik eller annan personalintensiv och kollektivavtalad verksamhet är meriterande. Erfarenhet från entreprenöriella organisationer eller verksamheter som vuxit genom förvärv är också värdefullt.

Du behöver kunna kommunicera väl på svenska och engelska samt ha B-körkort.
