  • Bei zollsoft hast Du die Chance, die technologische Zukunft der Patientenversorgung aktiv mitzugestalten und mit Deiner Arbeit wirklich etwas zu bewegen.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung unseres agilen Entwicklungsteams und begleitest Deine Kolleg:innen als Sparringspartner:in, Mentor:in und Impulsgeber:in auf ihrem Entwicklungspfad.
  • Etwa die Hälfte Deiner Zeit widmest Du der Teamführung und förderst dabei besonders den strategischen Einsatz von KI-Coding-Tools im Entwickleralltag.
  • Die andere Hälfte bringst Du Dich aktiv in Konzeption, Entwicklung und Dokumentation unserer Softwarelösungen auf Basis von Ruby on Rails und Vue.js ein.
  • Du treibst KI-gestütztes Coding im Team voran und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg:innen klare Guidelines für einen effizienten, zukunftssicheren AI-first-Workflow.
  • Du bist aktiv in unseren gesamten Deploymentzyklus eingebunden und optimierst gemeinsam mit unserem DevOps-Team unsere CI/CD-Pipelines.
  • Gemeinsam mit Produktmanagement und Softwarearchitektur übersetzt Du fachliche Anforderungen in tragfähige technische Konzepte.
  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Stakeholdermanagement und sorgst dafür, dass technische Entscheidungen verständlich, sauber abgestimmt und langfristig sinnvoll sind.
  • Diese Position kann zu 100 % aus dem Homeoffice ausgeübt werden. Du kannst also deutschlandweit von Deinem Lieblingsort aus arbeiten.
  • Einer Teilzeitanstellung steht grundsätzlich nichts im Wege. Ideal wäre, wenn Du mindestens 35 Stunden pro Woche Deine Zeit und Energie mit uns teilst.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Du bringst fundierte, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit – ob Fullstack oder mit starkem Backend-Fokus.
  • Du hast tiefgehende Praxiskenntnisse in Ruby on Rails und idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit Vue.js.
  • Du hast bereits fachliche Leitung übernommen oder Entwicklerteams intensiv begleitet und weißt, wie man Menschen motiviert, stärkt und fachlich weiterbringt.
  • KI-Tools wie Claude, Cursor oder vergleichbare Coding-Assistenten sind für Dich längst fester Teil Deines Workflows.
  • Du brennst darauf, Dein Wissen rund um KI-gestützte Entwicklung als Multiplikator:in ins Team zu tragen und gemeinsam neue Arbeitsweisen zu etablieren.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken, insbesondere PostgreSQL, setzen wir voraus.
  • Kenntnisse mit Kubernetes sowie im Bereich DevOps oder DevSecOps sind ein großes Plus.
  • Du bringst ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit, agierst souverän im Stakeholdermanagement und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch, mindestens auf C1-Niveau.
