Sobre el puesto

Buscamos incorporar un/a Contable Administrativo/a para nuestro centro de trabajo en Anglesola (Lleida).

La persona seleccionada será responsable de apoyar las actividades contables, financieras y administrativas de la compañía, garantizando la correcta gestión de la información económica y contribuyendo al buen funcionamiento de las operaciones diarias.

Esta posición es ideal para profesionales con experiencia en contabilidad, administración, finanzas, gestión de facturas, cuentas a cobrar y cuentas a pagar, que deseen incorporarse a una empresa industrial internacional con oportunidades reales de desarrollo.

Responsabilidades del puesto

  • Contabilizar y registrar facturas de proveedores y clientes.
  • Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de cuentas a cobrar y cuentas a pagar.
  • Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y de cuentas contables.
  • Colaborar en los cierres contables mensuales y anuales.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación contable y financiera.
  • Gestionar cobros, pagos y seguimiento de vencimientos.
  • Controlar y archivar documentación administrativa y contable.
  • Gestionar y contabilizar gastos y liquidaciones.
  • Apoyar la elaboración de informes financieros, reporting de gestión y auditorías anuales.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos administrativos y financieros.

Qué necesitarás

  • Formación o experiencia en Administración y Finanzas, Contabilidad o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia previa en puestos de administración contable o financiera.
  • Buen manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Experiencia utilizando sistemas ERP de gestión empresarial.
  • Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
  • Habilidad para organizar prioridades y cumplir plazos.
  • Nivel de inglés valorable para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional.
