AIという“産業革命級の変化”の真っ只中で、クライアントと共に未来を創る役割です。

顧客のCS業務を自動化し、AIを活用した全く新しい顧客体験を設計・実装します。

【業務内容】

・顧客FAQや商品データをもとにAI応答システムを構築

・n8n、Difyなどのノーコードツールを活用した業務フロー自動化

・顧客現場での導入支援・教育

・データ分析によるCX改善提案

・エンジニアと協働した技術的ソリューション実装

【募集資格】

・IT/業務コンサルティング経験 3年以上

・複雑なビジネス課題を実務で解決した実績

・顧客現場での課題解決に熱意を持てる方

・新しい技術やツールを素早くキャッチアップできる学習力

【歓迎応募資格】

・ノーコード/ローコードツール経験（n8n, Dify, Zapier等）

・APIやDBの基礎理解、開発チームとの協働経験

・戦略コンサル/オペレーション改善経験

・グローバル環境での業務経験（英語・韓国語でのコミュニケーション）
