AX-CX팀은 고객사의 CX를 채널톡이 직접 책임지고 구축하는 조직입니다. AI Agent(ALF) 세팅부터 SOP 설계, 교육자료 생성, 실제 상담 인력 운영까지 — 솔루션만 제공하는 게 아니라 "시간이 지나도 무너지지 않는 운영 구조"를 남기는 것이 우리의 약속입니다.

이건 이론이 아닙니다. 이미 운영 중인 고객사에서 높은 AI 관여율·해결률과 의미 있는 운영비용(TCO) 절감이라는 검증된 결과를 만들어내고 있습니다.

어떤 업무를 담당하나요?

  • 고객사 의사결정권자(C-Level) 대상 프리세일즈·제안을 리딩하고, 도입 계약 성사를 위한 비즈니스적 설득을 주도
  • 단순 솔루션 판매가 아니라, 고객의 CX 운영 구조를 이해한 위에서 AI가 가져갈 역할의 범위를 함께 설계해 제안
  • 새로운 시장·고객·기회를 발굴하고, 성공 레퍼런스를 만들어 AI-BPO의 판을 키움

  • 프로젝트 방법론을 재사용 가능한 템플릿·자산으로 축적하고, 주니어 컨설턴트를 멘토링

어떤 경력이 필요한가요?

  • 7~12년 차의 CX 실무 또는 CX 운영·기획 경험
  • B2B 솔루션 제안·프리세일즈 또는 사업 개발(BD)로 엔터프라이즈 딜을 직접 수주·클로징해 본 경험 (말을 잘하는 것을 넘어, 실제 비즈니스 딜을 만들어 본 경험)
  • 고객사, 특히 대형 고객사(엔터프라이즈)의 C-Level·의사결정권자를 대상으로 제안·설득해 도입 의사결정을 이끌어 낸 경험

어떤 역량이 필요한가요?

  • 고객사 CS/CX 운영 구조를 진단해 AI·자동화가 가져갈 역할 범위(AX 구조)를 A-Z로 설계하고, 실제 운영까지 안착시켜 본 실행력 (기획서만이 아니라 안착까지)
  • 정형화되지 않은 비즈니스 프로세스를 분해해 AX 구조를 설계하는 문제 해결력
  • 데이터·지표 기반으로 성과를 정의하고 의사결정을 반복해 본 경험
