業務内容

パートナーシップの開拓・管理

  • ビックテック企業・AI企業等との技術パートナーシップの設計・実行、新たな成長機会の創出
  • リードジェネレーション型パートナーシップの構築
  • 主要eコマースプラットフォームとの利害調整・テックパートナーシップの推進

新規事業のゼロイチ

  • 短期・中長期の成長戦略の立案・実行
  • チャネルのサービスを用いた新規事業のアイデア創出や具現化
  • 新規事業の潜在顧客・協力パートナーの開拓

社内外の橋渡し役

  • グローバル、日本のC-levelと週次で事業開発の戦略・実行状況をレビュー
  • ビジネスチームとプロダクトチームの連携・課題解決
  • 市場・顧客から得たインサイトをプロダクト企画・UX改善に反映

着任後に取り組む新規プロジェクト例

BizDevは既存業務の遂行だけでなく、新しいアプローチや企画を自ら立案し、事業の成長ドライバーを生み出す役割を担います。形式にとらわれず、新たなビジネスプラン・モデルを形成し、チャネルトークらしい事業をリードしていただきます。着任後は、以下のような新規プロジェクトの立ち上げ・推進をリードしていただくことを期待しています。

  • 四半期インサイトレポート：市場・顧客から得た知見を構造化し、プロダクト戦略に活かす仕組みを新設
  • C-levelピッチデー：発掘した新規機会を月次でC-levelに提案し、意思決定のスピードを高める場を設計

  • 新規事業開発・運営の経験値7年以上
  • 優れたコミュニケーション力と社内外の協業推進力
