CoS, Analytics, ALF Support, ALF Marketing, Meet, App Store, Team 같은 피처 팀 중 한 곳에 소속되어 제품의 핵심 기능과 여정을 디자인합니다. 더불어 역량에 따라 디자인 시스템(Bezier)에 기여할 수도 있습니다.

모호한 비즈니스 목표와 고객 신호를 풀 만한 제품 문제로 재구성하고, 복잡한 B2B 업무를 누구나 이해 가능한 경험으로 만듭니다. happy path만이 아니라 환경이 세팅되지 않은 상황, AI가 틀리거나 확신하지 못할 때, 사람의 개입이 필요한 순간까지 현실의 모든 상태를 설계하고, 글로벌 제품으로서 레이아웃과 문구가 자연스럽게 작동하는지 검증합니다. 출시된 제품의 품질을 책임지며 디자인과 코드의 drift를 직접 해소하기도 합니다. 릴리즈 결과를 제품과 비즈니스 성과 지표로 설명할 수 있고 이를 바탕으로 다음 iteration을 정합니다.

어떤 업무를 담당하나요?🤔

  • Design DRI. 담당하는 도메인의 사용자 여정, 일관성, 정보 구조, 인터랙션, 콘텐츠, 품질 기준의 최종 디자인 책임은 당신에게 있습니다.
  • 전략적 제품 방향성. 2~4개 분기의 경험 전략과 우선순위를 PM·엔지니어와 함께 만듭니다.
  • 고객 기반 접근. 고객 인터뷰에 직접 참여하고, 사용 로그와 지표를 직접 열어봅니다. 추측이 아니라 고객 기반 사실 위에서 결정합니다.
  • 좋은 동료가 최고의 복지. 디자인팀 리드와 Senior·Staff 디자이너의 상시 리뷰를 받는 동시에, 당신도 다른 디자이너들의 기준을 끌어올리는 사람이 됩니다. 팀 크리틱은 언제든 열려 있습니다.
  • 도구와 예산. AI를 비롯해 일에 필요한 도구를 위한 예산을 지원합니다. AI 도구는 탐색과 프로토타이핑에 적극 쓰되, 결과를 판단하고 고치는 책임은 당신이 집니다.
  • 보고와 협업. 디자인 리드와 피쳐 팀 리드와 결과물을 공유하고 피드백을 받습니다. 팀의 PM·엔지니어와는 제품 파트너로 일하고, CX·세일즈·AI·Legal 등 전문 조직과는 문제에 따라 사용자 인터뷰부터 비즈니스 목표를 함께 달성까지 넓게 협업합니다.

어떤 경력과 역량이 필요한가요?📖

  • 제품 디자인 6년 이상, 또는 그에 준하는 제품 도메인을 주체적으로 책임지고 성과를 낸 경험
  • 문제에 대한 이해와 visual craft 를 확인할 수 있는 포트폴리오
  • 복잡한 문제를 풀어보았거나 제품내 큰 기능을 0 to 1 해본 경험, 왜 4px이 아니라 6px인지 이유를 대며 마지막 픽셀까지 고민하고, 90%를 100%로 끌어올려 본 craft 경험
  • 정성·정량 증거로 제품 방향과 디자인 trade off를 설득하는 능력
  • PM·엔지니어·비즈니스 리더와 목표·scope·품질을 함께 결정해 본 경험
  • 피드백과 갈등을 피하지 않고 팀의 결과를 끌어올리는 제품 리더십
