O seu papel central será desenhar e implementar soluções robustas e escaláveis na plataforma Salesforce, garantindo a excelência técnica desde a fase de requisitos até à entrada em produção. Fará parte de um ambiente multidisciplinar de alto impacto, atuando como referência técnica na definição de arquiteturas, automações e integrações complexas, sempre com foco em segurança, governança e melhores práticas.

O que você fará por aqui

  • Desenhar e implementar soluções na plataforma Salesforce de ponta a ponta.
  • Modelar dados (objetos, relacionamentos, record types, layouts, regras de validação) de forma alinhada aos processos de negócio.
  • Construir automações utilizando Flow e Apex, selecionando a melhor abordagem (low-code vs código) para cada cenário.
  • Desenvolver e evoluir integrações com outros sistemas (REST/SOAP, eventos, APIs).
  • Implementar e manter componentes de frontend em Lightning (LWC), devidamente integrados com Apex.
  • Garantir a segurança e governança da plataforma, administrando perfis, permission sets, sharing rules e o controlo de acesso aos dados.
  • Escrever código limpo, testável e aderente a padrões de mercado (TriggerHandler, Service, Repository, etc.).
  • Criar e manter testes automatizados (Apex e Jest), focando na qualidade e na cobertura real das regras de negócio.
  • Participar ativamente em code reviews, propondo melhorias técnicas e de design.
  • Apoiar programadores menos experientes, orientando e disseminando as boas práticas da plataforma Salesforce.

O que esperamos que você saiba

  • Experiência sólida em Configuração Salesforce (objetos customizados, record types, layouts, fórmulas e segurança/acessos).
  • Domínio em automação declarativa com Flows de média/alta complexidade.
  • Forte domínio em desenvolvimento Apex (Orientação a Objetos, coleções, SOQL/SOSL, DML, Triggers e processos assíncronos como Queueable, Batchable, Future, Schedulable).
  • Experiência comprovada na construção e consumo de integrações REST/SOAP (callouts, Named Credentials, tratamento de erros).
  • Conhecimento profundo dos limites da plataforma (governor limits) e capacidade de desenhar soluções otimizadas.
  • Experiência prática com Lightning Web Components (LWC), ciclo de vida e integração LWC ↔ Apex.
  • Conhecimento no uso de Git, conceitos de fluxo de deploy Salesforce e uso básico de SFDX.

O que seria muito legal que você soubesse

  • Conhecimentos sólidos em Arquitetura & Design (Princípios SOLID, Clean Code, DDD e Padrões de Projeto aplicados em Apex/JS).
  • Experiência com integrações avançadas (Streaming API, Platform Events, Bulk API, Graph API) e estratégias de idempotência/observabilidade.
  • Práticas avançadas de testes unitários no frontend utilizando Jest.
  • Experiência na configuração e uso de pipelines de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.) e uso avançado de SFDX (scratch orgs, source tracking).
  • Atuação prévia como referência técnica, realizando mentoria e definição de guidelines para a organização.
