The posting

Als (internationaal) montagemonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de mechanische installatie en montage van onze generatorsets op projectlocaties in binnen- én buitenland. Je werkt aan complete noodstroominstallaties en zorgt ervoor dat iedere installatie veilig, nauwkeurig en volgens planning wordt opgebouwd.

Je werkzaamheden vinden plaats op locatie bij de klant, maar wanneer je niet op project bent, ondersteun je de assemblage van generatorsets in onze productielocatie in IJmuiden.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het plaatsen en monteren van generatorsets en containers.
  • Het installeren van koelwater-, ventilatie-, rookgas- en uitlaatsystemen.
  • Het monteren van leidingwerk, frames en overige mechanische onderdelen.
  • Het uitvoeren en begeleiden van hijswerkzaamheden met onder andere bovenloopkraan, heftruck en hoogwerker.
  • Het lezen en werken volgens technische tekeningen en montage-instructies.
  • MIG- en TIG-laswerk aan staal en RVS (waar nodig).
  • Het voorbereiden van werkzaamheden en controleren of alle benodigde materialen aanwezig zijn.
  • Het signaleren van afwijkingen of verbeterpunten en hierover afstemmen met de Coördinator Montage of Projectmanager.
  • Het vastleggen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden door middel van rapportages, foto's en checklists.
  • Het veilig werken volgens de geldende VCA-richtlijnen, LMRA-methodiek en kwaliteitsnormen.

Geen project is hetzelfde. Je werkt op uiteenlopende locaties, onder verschillende omstandigheden en samen met collega's, klanten en onderaannemers aan installaties die wereldwijd het verschil maken.

Je bent een praktische techneut die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je werkt zelfstandig wanneer dat nodig is, maar voelt je net zo thuis in een hecht team. Je denkt vooruit, werkt nauwkeurig en blijft rustig wanneer de planning verandert.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde mbo-3 opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar.
  • Ervaring met mechanische montage of machinebouw.
  • Ervaring met leiding- en constructiewerk.
  • Laservaring is een pré.
  • Het kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen.
  • Een proactieve werkhouding en oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Bereidheid om regelmatig in buitenland te werken (70%).
  • Rijbewijs B (BE is een pré).
  • Een VCA-VOL certificaat of bereid deze te halen.
  • De Engelse taal

  • Een salaris tussen de €3.100,- en €4.200,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
  • Een eigen auto (montagebus)
  • ·Aantrekkelijke voorwaarden als overwerkvergoedingen, weekend vergoedingen en scheidingsgeld.
  • Vakantietoeslag van 8% van het bruto jaarloon, uitgekeerd in juni.
  • Totaal 30 verlofdagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen.
  • Werkzaam onder de CAO Metaal & Techniek – Technisch installatiebedrijf.
