Η θέση αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, τη διαχείριση παραγγελιών και after sales αιτημάτων, καθώς και την υποστήριξη πελατών μέσω τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας, σε ένα σύγχρονο και δυναμικό περιβάλλον εργασίας.

📋 Customer Care Agent | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Customer Care Agent θα αναλάβεις την τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και τη διαχείριση after sales αιτημάτων. Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

  • Τη διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων σχετικά με παραγγελίες προϊόντων
  • Την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών για θέματα after sales support
  • Τη διαχείριση παραπόνων με στόχο το First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Την καταγραφή και ενημέρωση στοιχείων σε CRM συστήματα
  • Τη συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την επίλυση σύνθετων ζητημάτων
  • Τη διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου customer experience και customer satisfaction

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Εμπειρία ή εξοικείωση με CRM συστήματα
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης παραπόνων και δύσκολων περιστατικών
  • Οργανωτικότητα και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση αιτημάτων
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά
